File Help
If your video does not play properly, please use our Convert Video tool to process your file into a format, ratio, and resolution
that works best with EclatView Books.
For more than five files, please upload them as one ZIP file when using the tool.

How to Load Your Video
- Connect the Video Book to your computer using the included USB cable.
- Open the device folder on your computer.
- Drag and drop your video files into the device.
- Safely eject the device before disconnecting the cable.
- Open the cover and enjoy your video.
Important Notes
- Please do not format the device.
- If you want to remove files, delete them from the device folder and empty your computer trash before ejecting.
- For best playback, we recommend using standard MP4 video files.
- 4K or Ultra HD files are not recommended.
