Return Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from EclatView Books. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by email within 15 days of delivery to request a return.
All return requests must be approved by us before the item is shipped back. Once your return request is approved, the return package must be shipped within 7 days. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be in like-new and unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and materials included.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the eligible product amount. Shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice.

Custom and Special Orders
Custom orders, personalized items, special order items, and B2B or bulk custom projects are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production or preparation has started.
International Returns
Due to customs, duties, taxes, and international shipping costs, we are unable to accept returns on international orders. Orders shipped to international destinations are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and photos of the packaging if available.
If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Product Warranty
EclatView Books come with a 6-month limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, damage caused by formatting the device, unauthorized repair, or damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions.

Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and a short description of the issue. We may request photos, videos, or additional information to help review your claim.
Important Note
Please do not format the device. Formatting the device may remove required system files and may cause playback issues.
If your video or photo does not play properly, please use our Convert Video tool or contact us for support before requesting a return.
