Our website may provide file help information and a Convert Video tool to help customers process video files for better playback compatibility with EclatView Books.
The Convert Video tool and related guidance are provided to assist with common file playback issues. We do not guarantee that every file can be processed successfully or that every playback issue will be resolved in all cases.
Customers are responsible for keeping backup copies of their original files. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, deleted, corrupted, or unrecoverable files.
7. B2B and Custom Orders
B2B, bulk, event, and custom order inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Availability, pricing, production time, customization options, and shipping arrangements may vary depending on the project.
Any custom order details, pricing, production schedule, or delivery estimate must be confirmed in writing before the order is considered accepted.

Customers should follow the product instructions provided with the Video Book. Please do not format the device, as formatting may remove required system files and cause playback issues.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repair, formatting the device, or failure to follow instructions may not be covered by warranty or support.
