Free Shipping

Most orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping eligibility may depend on the destination, product type, order value, and available shipping options at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Most non-custom orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Custom orders, B2B orders, bulk orders, or orders requiring special preparation may need additional processing time. If your order has a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Time

After your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3–10 business days after shipment.
  • International shipping may take 7–21+ days depending on the destination, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
  • Expedited shipping may be available for some orders and destinations.

Please note that selecting a faster shipping method may reduce transit time, but it does not reduce order processing time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking details after the package is picked up or scanned.

Damaged Packages
